The affairs of the Edmonton Sport Council are managed by a Board of not more than twelve (12) Directors, elected from the membership. Only an individual member may hold office. The Directors at this time are:

Honourary Directors

As per the ESC Policy Manual, the Board of Directors may appoint Honourary Directors. These Honourary Directors shall be respected (distinguished) Edmontonian (community leaders) who maintains a positive public profile, while supporting and advocating the mission, values and objectives of the ESC. The Honourary Directors do not constitute an Honourary Board, and as such, have no governance authority, legitimate or implied.
