The Edmonton Sport Council is a non-profit society that advocates on behalf of sport to facilitate a better sport experience in Edmonton. Members of the ESC include individuals, sport and other community organizations, business, and individuals in government who believe in, and wish to publicly support, the vision of quality sport experiences for all Edmontonians. All memberships are subject to review and approval.
Membership Categories and Definitions:
Individual:
An individual, who normally resides in Edmonton, with a significant interest in the development of sport in Edmonton.

Group:
A group with a significant interest in the development of sport in Edmonton whose principal mandate must be the direct delivery of sport programs or opportunities, primarily for Edmonton residents. A group must be a registered not-for-profit organization (or eligible for this status) with an identifiable organizational structure and a verifiable paid membership.

Associate:
Any business or organization with a significant interest in the development of sport in Edmonton that does not meet the criteria for Group membership.
