The main purpose of the ASDC - Capital Region is to enhance and coordinate services available to Alberta's emerging athletes and coaches in the Capital Region.
The Canadian Athletics Coaching Centre is the lasting legacy of the 2001 World Championships in Athletics. The Centre delivers world class programs in athletics (track and field) designed to foster excellence in coaches, develop high performance athletes, and encourage participation and physical fitness in Canadian youth.
