2009 Canada Summer Games - Mission Staff Needed
Team Alberta is seeking individuals to participate as Mission Staff for the Games being held August 15 - 29 in Prince Edward Island.

Alberta Community Spirit Program
The Community Spirit Donation Grant Program encourages charitable giving by providing a grant to eligible organizations that have received cash donations from individual donors.

Alberta non-profit sport organizations registered under the Societies Act are eligible for this program.

Sports Travel Grant
Sport travel grants assist Edmonton residents with the cost of travel to western Canadian, national or international sports championships in which they compete. For more information, click here.

Developing Physical Literacy Paper & Seminar
Dr. Colin Higgs, a member of the expert group that developed Canadian Sport for Life, will lead a seminar on Developing Physical Literacy on May 21. Registration and schedule will be available soon. JP Wolves Dinner/Dance Fundraiser - May 17
The JP Wolves are holding a Dinner/Dance with a silent auction to raise funds to help send a group of young ladies to Germany, Austria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. On Friday, May 30, the King's University College Athletics Department will be hosting a Kick-off Golf Tournament, with the inaugural On Wings of an Eagle Benefit Golf Classic set for Saturday, September 6.
