Align the principles of FunTeam Alberta with developing Young Leaders in the community.

Complimentary programming for schools, community leagues, organizations etc to accomplish 3 goals: 1) provide a recreation opportunity for youth with a focus on physical literacy and fun in a non-competitive atmosphere 2) empower and identify youth leaders in their community and allow them to develop and learn the values and skills related to leadership 3) provide financial assistance to enhance future programming for the group, school, etc.
