I’ve been active my entire life starting with being a competitive boxer at the age of 9. It has stayed an important part of my life, even becoming my career as an Exercise Specialist. For me, being active has always been an opportunity where I can have some me-time exercising to clear the head. Whether it's out on a run, in the gym lifting weights or on a Spin bike in my basement, a good sweat always seems to be the medicine I needed to figure out the task or challenge.

With my young family, we incorporate being active as a normal part of our routine. Having twin six year old daughters, it’s pretty easy to convince them to come for a bike ride, dog walk or park date while I get a run in!
